All coffee fresh roasted within 3-4 working days after receiving your order, you should be receiving your order within 1 week.

All items are free shipping upon $80 purchase, $30 shipping fee will be charged if purchase among below $80. Or pick up in MTR station for free. We will normally roast the coffee bean around 3-4 working days after receiving your order. We will ship your product via S.F express and you should be receiving the product within 1 week.

We love light to medium roasted coffee as light roasted coffee can keep most of the fruitiness and sweetness which can give an enjoyable coffee that everyone should love. Other than dark roasted coffee which has more bitterness, we are not likely to roast coffee that dark. All of our coffee are roasted from light to medium (depend on the coffee bean), which is sweet and fruity at the same time.

All of our coffee is fresh roasted after receiving your order, in order to keep the best status and flavor of the coffee bean we recommend to consume within a month from the date it is roasted.

Cold brew coffee is a very simple way of making an enjoyable coffee. For the simplest way of do it, all you need it only a glass jar, coffee bean, grinder, water and a fridge. 1) Grind 20g of coffee bean (espresso size) 2) Add 280-300g of room temperature water (ratio 1:14-15) 3) Close the glass jar and put inside the fridge for 10-11 hours 4) Filter the coffee.
